A Research On The Impact Of Industrialization On The Environment In Xinjiang With An Empirical Analysis

China is the oldest industrial civilization, the modern industrial civilization began in 1840 during the Opium War, and gradually entered the era of large-scale industrial machinery. The industry is a powerful engine of economic development, it have maked a significant contribution to the GDP in each country or region, the same is true in Xinjiang. While economic development is depend on industry, the resulting defects would appear fragile ,and eco-environment would be adversely affected. At the conclusion of this paper which is based on previous Scholars's research, Xinjiang industry, the state of the environment and the Environmental Kuznets Curve will be further studied. It establishes a regression equation by collected in Xinjiang for 18 years 1990-2007 data using co-integration of this measurement method, and then analyze the degree of industrialization on the environment, I deduced the relationship between industrial and environmental and see it is in the rise or decline stage of stage Kuznets curve, Finally come to the conclusion. As the capital of Xinjiang, Urumqi, is a heavily polluted city, take it as an example, Analysis of the city's industrial and environmental conditions, combined with other capital cities in contrast to the western. Reached Urumqi imminent environmental governance, at the last, we give the specific policy recommendations.
