Study On Performance Evaluation System Of The Agricultural Industrialization Operational Organization In Xinjiang

Xinjiang land is fertile, lush plants and unique, suitable for agriculture, suitable herd, barren, irrigatedagriculture, farming production has a long history. From2004to2013,nine-year period,Countries havepublished the first document to the central theme of "San Nong"(agriculture, rural areas and farmers),emphasized the "three rural issues in the mid-21st century China to achieve modernization process in animportant position. Combined with the actual Xinjiang, the autonomous region has also taken measures tospeed up the development of agriculture development especially industrialization of agriculture and itsorganizations. A measure of the level of development of industrial management of agriculture organizationsdepends on their level of performance. Of this research work is expanded in this context.First, we start from the basic theory and performance theory of industrial management of agricultureorganizations, a comprehensive analysis of the object of study-the industrial management of agricultureorganizations. Related concepts related to the performance evaluation is reviewed. Provide a theoreticalbasis for the establishment of Xinjiang Agricultural industrial management of organizational performanceindicator system and evaluation method of choice.Secondly, this paper analyzes the basic theory and performance theory study and industrial managementof agriculture organizations provide theoretical guidance for building Xinjiang Agricultural industrialmanagement of organizational performance evaluation index system and rating methods. The goal of the empirical analysis industrialized operation of agriculture inXinjiang organizational performance assessment based on the theory, using established evaluation systemand its model, the selected sample of Xinjiang national leading enterprises of agricultural industrializationas a study sample of their performance status analysis.Finally,according to the results of the performance evaluation, this paper put forward policyrecommendations to better promote the industrialized operation of agriculture in Xinjiang organizationaldevelopment, mainly including the industrialized operation of agriculture organizations and government.
