Research On Rural Land Property Rights Transference In Southern Yangtze Area

Rural land property rights transference is the key factor affecting the rural economy development, which has become one of the hot topics of rural work in our country. And it is of great significance for rural economy development to accelerate the reasonable and orderly transference of rural land property rights.This paper mainly studies the rural land property rights transference in southern Yangtze area. Firstly this paper summarizes the actuality and success in this field, in this section this paper describes the research status both at home and abroad on transference of rural land property rights, points out the inadequacy in these studies. And the reason and necessity of rural land property rights transference in southern Yangtze area are analyzed from the angle of institutional change.Secondly, this paper takes Wujin district of Changzhou city as an example. On the basis of field investigation, it analyzes the current situation, performance and characteristics of rural collective land property right transference in Wujin district, puts forward the existing main problems. And the causes of the existing problems are discussed in this paper.Finally, in accordance with the actualities of the countryside, this paper presents further perfecting policy and suggestion for land property rights transference in Southern Yangtze area.
