Domestic property management even after 20 years of development, but for property management research focuses on how to regulate and develop the property management, and content of property management, real property management in basic research models such as property management services, property management technology much, not enough depth.Liaohe Oilfield authority areas as a precursor of the Liaohe oil field of property management revitalization of public utility companies (hereinafter referred to revitalize the company), due to the geographical environment, business characteristics and other factors, residential area, staff, a wide range of the actual situation, the quality of property services impact on the revitalization of our property management and healthy development, with the deepening of reform and development of oil fields, the owners are also a growing demand for services, property services to enhance the level of demand growth and the owners of a gap between, the revitalization of the property management company is also facing new challenges.After several years of exploration and practice, the revitalization of the company initially established a set of complete and effective operation mechanism, management increasingly standardized, continuously improve the quality of services, property management has made certain achievements, but in seeing the achievements, We also see the revitalization of companies in the property services exist, there are still many deficiencies, such as:the needs of the owners is not sufficient to understand trends; owners enough time to solve practical problems; the services provided for the owners not fine, etc.; present, the revitalization of self-service property management company is based, technical content, level of service needed to improve the nature of work is essentially a labor-intensive industries. Evaluation of the quality of service is still very much in the industry, the first assessment, quality assessment and general corporate self-satisfaction surveys owners of the level.The main content of this paper is to analyze the problems in the quality of evaluation system on the actual property company and investigate the existing shortages in employees and services. During the research, the paper refers to relevant literatures and uses correlative theories to improve the existing quality evaluation system. It analyses the reason why these actual problems come up and brings out the relative countermeasures to promote the service quality and to create a more professional, humane, enterprise development requirements and situation, to better adapt local market needs in order to enhance the revitalization of the company's property management.The article aims at giving some helps to property companies similar to Revitalization Company and other companies with similar backgrounds.
