The Structure, Function Analysis And Benefit Valuation Of The Bamboo Science And Technology Park In Zhejiang Province

An agricultural scientific and technology park (AST park) is a multifunctional, capital-input intensive modern agricultural demonstration base, an area for the innovation, demonstration (incl. sightseeing), and extension of high-tech achievements. The AST park is a new form of intensive agricultural production and industrialized management, a new form of agricultural modernization, a new growth tip of agriculture, an important carrier of China's high-tech achievements into productive forces. Bamboo industry as a feature agriculture industry, it is important to promote the technological progress and sustainable development of bamboo industry.In this study, the research object is the Bamboo Science and Technology Park of Zhejiang Province, on the basis of overview of its status, characteristics and existing problems, the study focused on analyzing the park's structure and function, and its economic and social benefits by using quantitative evaluation, to promote the development of bamboo science and technology park through improving the measures and recommendations.The main course of the study and the conclusion is that:(1) The characteristics of Bamboo Science and Technology Park of Zhejiang Province is that: to based on farmers and the farmer is the subject of Science and Technology Park; to participate in multi-channels, the role of stakeholders in a clear position; to the objective of comprehensive benefits, increase the income of peasants is the core;(2) Bamboo Science and Technology Park of Zhejiang Province include the core area of the structure, the demonstration zone, radiation zone, the rational structure makes the various function possible, according the actual situation of bamboo Province Science and Technology Park in Zhejiang its function is mainly embodied in the promotion of science and technology capabilities, education and training functions, recreation and tourism functions and so on.(3) By using the method of cost-benefit analysis, the Bamboo Science and Technology Park of Zhejiang Province makes many obvious economic benefits, such as reduce the payback period, and increase the internal rate of return and the net present value. The core area of the investment recovery period is less than the demonstration area and radiation areas, internal rate of return and net present value is greater than the demonstration zone and radiation zone. And through C-D production function analysis of the factors which impact farmers'income include: capital investment, labor input, woodland size, whether or not included in the park and so on.(4) Through using the method of Gini coefficient and methods of qualitative analysis, the Bamboo Science and Technology Park of Zhejiang Province can narrow the gap between rich and poor, provide employment, optimizing industrial structure and so on.
