Study On The Development Capability Of Jinhua National Agricultural Science And Technology Park In Zhejiang Province

The agricultural science and technology parks now are widespread from the“sparks of fire”in the end of 20^th century.It provides the sufficient reserve force for modernization construction and overall efficiency of Chinese agriculture,while perfecting the functions and strengthening its role.From 2001 to 2015,six ministries and commissions including Ministry of Science and Technology approved to construct six national agricultural science and technology parks in Zhejiang Province and five of them have passed the national acceptance.As a whole,the development of national agricultural science and technology in Zhejiang Province still has lots of shortcomings by comparing with other excellent agricultural science and technology parks.As one of two agricultural science and technology parks selected in the 5^th national agricultural science and technology parks in Zhejiang Province,Jinhua national agricultural science and technology park?hereinafter referred to as Jinhua Park?is developing and has gotten the achievement.We also find out some problems demanding prompt solution,while approving its performance.By aiming at existing problems in the current development stage,the author proposes the corresponding countermeasures.This not only is the supplement for research achievements of national agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,but also will be good for promoting the better and fast development of Jinhua Park.Meanwhile,it also can propose the scientific decision-making basis for the parks and relevant departments,offering advice and suggestion to sustainable development of national agricultural science and technology parks in Zhejiang Province.In this thesis,the author defines the concepts,including national agricultural science and technology parks,their development ability,capacity for independent innovation and commercialization of research findings.By combining with the technological innovation,entrepreneurship center,enterprise competence and risk investment,the author conducts the in-depth study by virtue of literature analysis method,investigation research method,normative analysis method and comparative analysis method.By regarding Jinhua Park as an example,the author gains data and information by doing the field investigation in Jinhua science park and Jinhua technology division,summarizes and sorts out the development status of Jinhua Park,and finds out some problems in development ability of Jinhua Park through the normative analysis and contrastive analysis,including less strong commercialization of research findings,insufficient science and technology capacity,weak ability to drive the industrial development,and less prominent integrated benefit output capacity.In addition,based on problems in development capacity of Jinhua Park,the author correspondingly analyzes the causes for problems by combining with physical truth of the park,including insufficient firm force support of technology,unsound technology service facility system,immature park enterprise and industry development,and deficiency of governmental functions and enterprise responsibilities.At last,by combining with problems and causes in development capacity of the park,the author proposes the specific countermeasures to improve development capacity of Jinhua Park from reinforcing force support foundation of technology,perfecting service facility system of the park,promoting enterprise and industrial development process,repairing governmental functions and transforming corporate responsibilities.
