With the coming of the knowledge economy time, the staff training work in enterprise human resources management play a more and more important role, and become one of the development of the enterprise strategic requirements. At the moment, the training effect evaluation work very not perfect for training and assessment work of the lack of importance, impact on the enterprise training can't reach the expected effect. How to choose the scientific and practical assessment tools, training effect of effective evaluation, is to improve the quality of the enterprise staff training important segment.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in the basis of the study, four ahp assessment model reference coriolis, using the theories of system engineering, theory and methods, the integrated use of operations research, fuzzy mathematical and statistical knowledge, construct the company's staff training to adapt to the performance evaluation system. The first expert evaluation method is used to determine the 12 level 3 index system by using ahp, the second set specific weight, finally using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method for the evaluation of training effect. In addition, the article to the training case for empirical research, especially knowledge of statistics, such as hypothesis test and variance analysis of the effect of reactive layer assessment made a useful analysis. The model has a stronger systematic, to achieve the effect of quantitative evaluation, training to enterprise staff training work of certain guidance.
