With the development strategy of wind power generation in Guodian Northeast Power Co.Ltd.(thereinafter shortened as Guodian Northeast Company) as the research subject,the thesis,from the actual conditions,systematically studied the development strategy of wind power generation in Guodian Northeast Company with the relevant strategic management theories in both qualitative and quantitative ways.First,the thesis gave a brief introduction to researches on the development of wind power generation at home and abroad and the development of strategic management theories as well.Next,the study put forward a deep analysis of the existing domestic situations about the development of wind power generation,macro business environment for Guodian Northeast Company,the industry environment and the company's qualifications.In addition, through the analytic hierarchy processing and with the employment of two models of external factor evaluation(EFE) matrix and internal factor evaluation(IFE) matrix,the thesis,in a quantitative way,studied the external opportunities and challenges,and internal and advantages and disadvantages which resulted in a conclusive evaluation.Finally,in view of the reality in Guodian Northeast Company,the study brought forth the general and periodic objects of the development strategies of wind power generation.In line with the internal and external evaluation,the thesis fixed the development strategy policy,worked out the development strategy objectives and corresponding measures and presented suggestions to avoiding risk.
