| Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) regards the operating process of enterprises as a closely connected supply chain,including suppliers,manufacturing plants,distribution networks and customers.Its objective is to fully coordinate internal and external enterprise resources and solidify the enterprise's overall competitive advantages.The promotion and application of ERP is a specific way and means for the effective transformation of Chinese enterprise management to a more scientific,standardized and rational direction.Based on the analysis of the application of ERP at foreign and domestic power suppliers, this paper,by the combination of the characteristics of power suppliers,demonstrates the significance and feasibility of the application of ERP in power suppliers,and at the same time,the analysis and explanation on the problems due to the application of ERP in power suppliers are made in the paper. |
