With the economic globalization and the continuous power system deepening,power grid enterprises will face more and more pressures from the general adoption of the market and the competition for talents.Indeed,the design and application research of incentive remuneration system are in need to find out how to use incentive payment to attract,retain and motivate outstanding talents to ensure that the enterprise can maintain much competitive power in market competition.According to the basic theory of the new payment incentives,on the bases of the existing pay system of Suzhou Power Supply Company(municipal power supply company),and refer to the status and problems of municipal power supply companies,this paper studies and designs the incentive payig system for the reformation of positions and feedback on performance,to attract,retain and motivate company staffs to make up of redundant human resources to the company's strategic goal.The author's remuneration system is more practical and have a certain meaning and reference value on the design and application of the paying system in Municipal Power Supply Companies. |
