Application Study On The Integration And Optimization Of The Electric Power Design Quality Management System

In light of the competitive situation of current electric power design market faced by electric power design institutes(especially in aspect of power generation design and extra HV power grid design),this article,based on the requirement on design quality of electric power design project,points out the importance of design quality improvement by analyzing the existing quality issues;researches into the characters of design sectors and identifies the main paths having influence on the quality of engineering design;analyzes the assurance measures to guarantee the quality of electric power design project by implementing the series of ISO 9000 quality management system standards as well as the strategic and system consolidation functions on quality management of design project by introducing excellent performance management standard,and comes out the creative "Integration and Optimization Program for Electric Power Design Quality Management System" by combining the advantages of above mentioned two standards.The article also proposes the concrete ways to improve management efficiency for the purpose of getting the optimized excellent quality control program for electric power design.In the end,the article demonstrates the practical application and the results so achieved by ZEPDI by application of the integrated program.
