With the development and prevalence of the network and telecommunication technology, enterprise resource planning(ERP) emerges as the times require.As an advanced system of management,ERP can integrate the flow of matter,information and capital farthest,optimize the collocation of enterprise resource,quicken(speed up) the reaction of enterprise to the market,and create the value of enterprise potentially.Meanwhile,as ERP is an investment with high cost and risk,its exertion on potential advantage needs a lot of factors.Though many companies yearn towards the ERP implementation,there are many examples from the failure of the ERP implementation.Therefore,domestic and overseas researchers pay more and more attention to the problem about performance of the ERP implementation.This paper mainly has a study on the ERP implicit culture and the approach to increase the rate of success in the ERP implementation based on the construction of organizational culture.Firstly,based on the theories and researches about the implementation and organizational culture,this paper realizes the situation of resistance from the staff(employees) to ERP implementation,researches to the relationship between ERP implementation and organizational culture and the dimensions of ERP implicit culture.This paper analyzes the approach to the implementation of ERP in enterprise,gives the main dimension of ERP implicit culture.Secondly,this paper presents the model of the process of construction of organizational culture in the process of the ERP implementation by making combination of the features about the three stages in the implementation of ERP,six stage model of the implementation of ERP from Parr and Shanks and the general process of construction of organizational culture. This paper in detail analyzes the emphases and measures on the three stages of start,spread and carrying out,strengthening. Finally,on the analysis of the case,have an explanation on the resistance from the staff (employees)to the ERP implementation,the lack of construction of organizational culture in ERP implicit culture;realize that A Company must have a construction of organizational culture.Make suggestions for the principle and approaches to A Company in construction of organizational culture in ERP implementation.
