Quality Culture Construction Research Based On Organizational Culture Theory

Since China’s reform and opening up,the number and scale of enterprises have been expanding constantly,design and innovation ability have been developed.However,as the foundation of enterprise,the products always have quality problems.And few of organizational culture construction are the important reason for these phenomena.As an important part of organizational culture,quality culture plays an important role in improving product quality and business quality.At first,this paper researched how to help enterprises rebuild quality concept through project management,and realize the social responsibility and economic value.Second,it discusses the foundation,methodology,key factors of enterprise quality culture construction,these based on organizational culture,combined the FT group quality case.We interviewed the leaders of company,researched the quality managers and conducted questionnaire survey on employees.And we analyzed the present situation and problems of the quality culture.At last we putted forward the method of enterprise quality culture construction,through the research and arrangement of the quality culture construction project of FT group.There are two innovations.The first,it used a point belt driving the whole,it easier to land.It studies the construction of quality culture,provides reference for organizational culture problems,and takes quality culture as the breakthrough point of organizational culture construction.Second,it based on practice,and can be implemented.This paper summarizes the process and results of the quality culture construction project,and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of quality culture with the FT group case.This paper putted forward some constructive suggestions for the construction of quality culture.It is suggested that the quality and belief of the leader is the foundation,and the zero defect quality culture theory is methodology.It is necessary to combine the characteristics of the enterprise and adopt project management to promote the landing.The above content is effective quality culture construction countermeasure.It has strong pertinence and operability.We hope it can provide reference and reference for the quality culture construction of Chinese enterprises.
