As a new tourism form,the theme parks play an increasingly important role in the tourism industry breaking the traditional resource-oriented development model. Along with the intensifying competition,how to maintain and strive for tourists has become an important research topic for theme parks.The spatial structure of tourist market is a key indicator that reflects the competitiveness of theme parks and marketing demands.So the research of tourist market is significant and important. However,existing research for spatial structure of tourist market,which has not taken the theme park into account,cannot effectively reflect the spatial structure of tourist market on the theme park.Therefore,the research of spatial structure of tourist market is needed for the theme parks.Based on the review and analysis of the domestic and international outcome of spatial structure of tourist market,this paper abstracted the characteristics of spatial structure of tourist market about Tourist destination.P.Haggett's Pattern of spatial structure and system,analysis technique of tourism market space and data of spot check were used to analyze the evolvement of spatial structure of tourist market from five facets,tourist-stream,tourist-quality,tourist-node,tourist-arrangement and tourist-dynamic.At last,taking Shenzhen Happy Valley as a case study,the paper summarized the characteristics of theme park spatial structure of tourist market and put forward some development strategies for theme park tourism.
