High-tech enterprises are becoming one of the most advantaged backbones in promoting the development of China's economic and social.As the backbone of knowledge-economic industry, high-tech is the results of knowledge and technological innovation,and human resources is no doubt the mainstay of technological innovation.So how to attract,develop and stimulate human resources and maintain high-quality employees are the keys to the success of high-tech enterprises.Internal marketing requires the enterprise to regard the employees as "clients" and focuses on the satisfaction and needs of the employees so as to attract,develop,stimulate,and maintain high-quality staffs.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures,this paper expounds the theory of internal marketing and internal marketing theory applies to human resources management research,establishes the specific application model of internal marketing theory in the human resources management and applies the model to the Z company.
