As the pioneers in scientific and technological progress,high-tech enterprises are will usher in an important period of opportunities,driven by the national innovation-driven development strategy.Talent resources are especially valuable for any enterprises whose overall competitiveness are determined by the comprehensive competitiveness of talent.In addition,the core of the competition between high-tech enterprises is focused on talent competition.Therefore,the scientific evaluation of the human resources value of high-tech enterprises is the work with practical value.On the basis of summing up the existing theories and methods of human resource value evaluation,the establishment of more practical evaluation methods of human resources value is helpful to enhance the human resources value management and improve the talent comprehensive competitiveness of high-tech enterprises,so as to promote China's high-tech enterprises to a new height of development.This paper studies the theory and method of human resource value evaluation of high-tech enterprises and the research object is the human resource value and corresponding value evaluation method of high-tech enterprises.According to the theory of labor value theory,the human resource value is constituted of the necessary labor time and the surplus labor time of laborers,which is also applied to high-tech enterprises.Therefore,determining the value of these two components of the value becomes the key to the assessment of human resources value of the high-tech enterprises.In this paper,a structured,scientific and orderly evaluation method system for high-tech enterprises to assess the value of human resources is built with the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators,normative analysis and example validation.The human resources value evaluation of high-tech enterprises should be carried out in three steps.Firstly,assess the overall value of human resources in high-tech enterprises.Secondly,divide the human resources of high-tech enterprises into three types: general type,technology type and management type according to the value creation.By using AHP method and the gray correlation analysis,the weight of three types of human resources in the overall value are calculated respectively for carrying out a more targeted human resource value management.Finally,the individual human resources value of each employee can be calculated according to the needs of enterpr ises.A case is carried out with the proposed human resources value evaluation model.The result shows that calculation results of human resource value are of practical significance.
