| This dissertation presents a study on constitution and implementation of competitive strategies of KEMA Guangzhou,including macro environment analysis,industrial competitions analysis, demands analysis and operations analysis.The author aims to involve professionals of the industry in attaching more importance to strategic management,so as to facilitate continuous growth of European certification industry.The study is mainly an application of strategic management theories,especially the focus-differentiation strategy and the diversification strategy.It is also a combination of theorization and case study.Several analysis tools are adopted in this study,they are:PEST for macro environment investigation,Five-Forces Model to analyze industrial competition,and SWOT to specify Strength,Weakness,Opportunities and Threats. |
