Study On The Competitive Strategies Of UL-CCIC

This dissertation study on constitution and implementation of competitive strategies of UL-CCIC, including macro environment analysis, industrial competitions analysis, demand analysis and operation analysis.The study is mainly an application of strategic management theories, especially the focus-differentiation strategy and the diversification strategy.Several analysis tools are adopted in this study. They are PEST for macro environment investigation, Five-Forces Model to analyze industrial competition and SWOT to specify Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats.
