The concept of "Pursuing for excellence and improving quality" becomes the main stream of the enterprises from 1980's.The important issue is how to guide the method of quality management and improve the ability of quality management to the enterprises.H enterprise is a recognized company of ISO 9000 quality system.This study obtained the valid samples from H enterprises.The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship among position ability analysis,education training,and the relationship after training.The major findings of this study are summarized as followed:1.Except work attribute,there is significant difference in sex,age,education level, and position after introducing ISO9001-2000 quality system.2.The description of education level,working experience,special skill and knowledge condition is not designed for the job positions.3.The boss can follow subordinates' education level and the whole performance to decide who should accept what kind of education training.4.The performance of education training can be measured by some tests after training.
