With the restructuring of the world economy and the deepening of economic globalization, the service industry has been the development by leaps and bounds. Meanwhile, service industry also contributed to the rapid development of service trade. Service trade on a country's economic growth, playing an increasingly important role, to a certain extent a State determines that the international trade in the international market competitiveness. In this paper, first of all, China and India for the service industry and service trade development of a comparative analysis of the status quo, and then use the Trade Special coefficient Index, Revealed Comparative Advantage Index and the factor analysis of three aspects of Sino-Indian trade in services to carry out a comparative analysis of competitiveness. Then through Michael Porter's competitive advantage theory and the views of scholars on the impact of services trade competitiveness factors of comparison, in the use of Port's theory of competitive advantage, primarily by China and India on the factors of production, demand conditions, related industries and support industries, as well as enterprise organizations, strategy and competition and the Government and the opportunity to compare, in the use of Chinese scholars at the point of view, in view of the situation in China, from trade in goods on trade in services on an analysis of the impact. The last part of the article makes some upgrade the competitiveness of China's service trade the feasibility of the recommendations.
