| This thesis starts from the FDI function to Chinese industries.By using the horizental compare and vertical compare,it analyzes the status quo of FDI in Shanxi and Shanxi's status of FDI in six provinces situated in middle China,and it also analyzes the character & effect of FDI in Shanxi. It discusses the effect on industrial framework upgrading from FDI detailly and points out the problems of using FDI in three industries of Shanxi.At last,measures are put forward on upgrading the Industry framework by using FDI and policy advices are proposed on the side of macroscopical view,aiming at increasing FDI in Shanxi in the future. |
