With the globalization of world Business and Knowledge Economics expansion, M&A (Merge & Acquisition) has showed more and more importance to help the Ventures to grow bigger and stronger. This could be reflected by different aspects such as Improving Brand Recognition, Increasing Market Competence & Market Share etc., As a result, a lot of world-famous Ventures have adopted this approach according to their own targets and strategies. While M&A does not mean all to reach Success, some Ventures also failed in the game because of unsuccessful M&A activities.
