Research On Benefit Allocation Of Urban Village Transformation

Transformation of village inside the city is an extremely complex task in the major cities urbanization process.It will have a direct impact on the city and promote the sustainable development of cities.Effective method in resolving the conflicts produced in the process secures the success of transformation.The process of transformation is a process of benefit allocation.So the transformation must be on the basis of income and profit,with the principle of justice and fair,take the interest adjustment of government, villagers and social enterprise into account,only in this way can solve conflict in interest of city development effectively,preserve the social steadiness and further enhancing the sustainable development of both society and economy.The reason of unbalance in benefit allocation on the issue of urban transformation is essential to solve the problems more effectively.The thesis makes analysis on the problems of benefit distribution from three aspects:(1) Due to the villagers' blindness and egoism as well the unorganized country community,they are inferior in seeking and securing their own interest.(2) The local government attempts to transfer their responsibility and cost to the developing enterprise by promoting the economy, maintaining social stability and increasing financial income.(3) The pursuit of maximizing the benefits makes the enterprise reduce the compensation fee as low as possible and acquire more government concessions.On the basis above,the thesis tries to tell the tripartite relationship in interests game,to build up tripartite dynamic alliance and to take full advantage of resources superiority,through the construction of a dynamic model of urban transformation.By means of information sharing and mutual cooperation to increase profits.At last,the thesis aims at building up benefit allocation model of urban village transformation according to Shapley's theory of Mobile Interests Game Adjustment,to make the interest distribution fairly and effectively and to prompt the sustainable cooperation of the alliance.Furthermore,it also tries to prove the validity and operability of the model via the instance analysis and hope that it will offer help in the interest negotiation.
