Research On Benefit Allocation Of Potato Industrial Chain In Tengzhou

Potato itself has the characteristics of high nutritional value,large yield and strong adaptability.It is the fourth largest food crop in the world.In 2015,the strategy of potato staple was introduced in China to promote the conversion of potato from non staple food to staple food consumption,from original raw materials to industrial products.The move aroused widespread concern in the potato industry.Tengzhou is the largest two season in the country as a potato producing area.It is the hometown of potato named by the Ministry of agriculture.In 2017,Tengzhou was selected as the "public brand of 2017 strong agricultural products".Its geographical indications were certified by the Ministry of agriculture and the geographical trademark was registered by the State Administration for Industry and commerce.Although the potato industry in Tengzhou has made remarkable achievements,it still faces the problems of short industrial chain,lack of deep processing,unreasonable distribution of interests of the main body of the industry chain and so on.On the basis of the analysis of the cost and benefit of each link of the potato industrial chain in Tengzhou,this paper introduces the related models to improve the overall operational benefit of the potato industrial chain on the basis of the analysis of the cost and benefit of each link of the potato industry chain of the city,which is the integration of the potato industrial chain,the improvement of the operation benefit and the healthy development of the potato industrial chain in Tengzhou.It is of great significance.Interest distribution is directly related to the stable development of the industrial chain,and is at the core position in the industrial chain.On the one hand,the rational distribution of interests can promote the promotion of production enthusiasm and the improvement of production level in the potato industrial chain.On the other hand,it can reduce the cost of the circulation link through the coordination between the potato industrial chain,and then improve the overall efficiency of the industrial chain.Compared with other industries,the potato farm organizations in the upper reaches of the potato industry chain are scattered,the middle reaches of the processing enterprises are weak,the downstream wholesale markets control the marketing channels,and the whole chain of interests of the potato industry chain is distorted.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the benefit distribution of the industrial chain will have a profound impact on the healthy and sustainable development of the potato industry chain.Based on the framework of industrial chain,this paper analyzes the potato industry in Tengzhou.First,through the field survey and the related data obtained from the China agricultural information network,this paper analyzes the current situation of the interests distribution of the main bodies of the various links in the potato industrial chain in Tengzhou,and analyzes the reasons for the current situation of the distribution of this interest.Then the income sharing model of the industrial chain is introduced to realize the information sharing in each link of the potato industrial chain in Tengzhou,and thus promote the overall efficiency of the potato industry chain.The income sharing model of the cooperative model shows that the income of each link of the potato industry chain is higher than that in the non cooperative free competition market,so the method is effective.In order to further clarify the reasonable scheme of the current distribution of interest in the potato industry chain in Tengzhou,this paper introduces the Shapley value method to calculate the reasonable benefit allocation scheme according to the contribution degree of the main body of the potato industrial chain to the industrial chain.Finally,according to the empirical and relevant conclusions,combined with the problems existing in the current potato industrial chain in Tengzhou,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational distribution of the potato industrial chain and the promotion of the development of the potato industry are given.
