Papers in close connection with the status of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction,the concrete application of risk management theory to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction.Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway project has a huge investment,the construction scope and long duration,high standards of quality requirements,the construction process has lots of uncertainties,the contractor may be encountered during the construction phase of the risks,the successful completion of the construction contractor in order to target at the same time to maximize their own interests to ensure that the necessary may be encountered in a variety of risk identification,evaluation and response.First of all,paper have a theoretical study on the connotations of the definition of risk and risk management,also have studyed the difference between project management and risk management. Point out that the risk have a strong timeliness and relevance,different projects have different risks, consider the point of view of different risk will arrive at different conclusions.The paper carried out exploratory research that the contractor of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction in the construction phase how to implementats risk management.then the paper has a focus study on a work area for the project.the current achievement of project objectives that may affect the classification of risk factors to identify.Paper given the current construction of the risk factors may have a list of tables,on the basis of further study in light of status of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction for in-depth and detailed investigation,combined with extensive management and technical personnel at the scene of the opinion of the risk estimation and evaluation of factors;then were the application of expert-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of risk on-site investigation and assessment of risk and estimated comprehensive analysis of the results of calculated risks to the current level of contractor size,the contractor may be the last of the risk management strategy and risk control measures analysis;fully in line with the existing project management system,comprehensive use of risk control theory, proposed the establishment of organizations devoted to risk management and strengthen risk control recommendations,and gives a specific implementation steps.In this paper,the project risk identification,assessment,control how the application of theory to the current phase of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction contractor's risk management system in the analysis and discussion of the constructive ideas put forward,in order to address the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail and similar projects in the future,the risk of construction contractors to provide a reference and learn from.
