In order to keep the sustained,rapid and healthy development of Chinese economy, that needs to upgrade the quality of economic performance of every walk of life and effective utilization of various resources;therefore,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council hold Energy Saving & Emission Reduction as an important task in a certain period.Mining enterprises especially the ferrous metal underground mine,the task to strengthen energy management is extremely arduous because of its weak fundamental management and inferior technology of the energy-consuming equipment. One of the most important aspects to restrict its management improvement is that there wasn't a complete energy saving analysis and evaluation system.Then,it is very important to build up an energy saving analysis and evaluation system which is suit for the production characteristics of ferrous metal underground mine to research its keystone energy saving measure.In this paper,the representative technology of mining and beneficiation and characteristics of the energy-consuming equipment of the ferrous metal mining were found.Combine with this,the mining energy management system and the foundation of the energy saving institution were analyzed for the purpose of optimizing energy structure,excavating energy saving potential,identifying energy saving direction and improving energy efficiency.The mining energy management system was founded after the analysis of the technology of mining and beneficiation.The major factor to impact the energy consumption target was found by analyzing energy utilization of the mining enterprise.The advice and conclusions of energy saving technical improvement were advanced combining with the energy-consuming monitoring data of the major energy-consuming equipments. In this paper,through both representative mining and beneficiation energy-consuming cases of one mining company,the mining and beneficiation process flow chart was set up,the energy flows,energy balance and energy structure of distribution pie graph were established,and the more complete energy measurement statistical analysis system and charts of underground mine were built,using ten thousand yuan output value of energy consumption calculation method and calculation of unit product energy consumption,the level of mining energy-consuming target was analyzed and evaluated,in order to provide theoretical basis and application of analysis of energy efficiency and energy saving potential.The project for enterprise energy management and energy saving evolution and analysis was put forward from evaluating different angles mining enterprises energy structure,energy flow rate and determining changes in business trends and issues in energy consumption.After executing the project,the mining enterprise energy management level was advanced and the various energy efficiencies were improved.
