A Study On The Service Industry Structure And Adjustment Countermeasures In Shaanxi Province

The economical growth must require the structure coordination.Along with the completion or accelerating of industrialization in many developed countries and developing countries,the development level of service industry has been an important symbol of the economy level.This means not only its increasing production value and proportion,but also its coordinated and the optimized structure.Based on the domestic and foreign researches, this paper studies the regional structure and service industry of service industry and its corresponding adjustment counter measurement in Shaanxi Province.This paper mainly includes following three aspects:Firstly,study on the regional structure of service industry in Shaanxi Province.Based on the evaluation of service industry development levels in all regions of Shaanxi Province by factor analysis,the dispersion phenomenon in the regional structure of service industry in Shaanxi Province is analyzed from scale,speed and structure aspects.From the development level aspect,there are mainly dispersions of speed level and structure level,and the dispersion of scale level relatively low.From the time aspect,the trends of the dispersion of scale level,speed level and structure level are decreasing while the trends of overall level is increasing slowly.Form the space aspect,there is mainly dispersion among the central Shaanxi area,the southern Shaanxi area and the northern Shaanxi area.Secondly,study on the industry structure of service industry in Shaanxi Province.Based on the shift-share analysis of service industry situation in Shaanxi Province,the dispersion phenomenon in the industry structure of service industry in Shaanxi Province is analyzed from the area wide effect,the country mix effect,the regional competitive effect and the resource allocation effect.From the time aspect,there is an increasing trend in the dispersion of industry structure.From the industry aspect,there is mainly dispersion between traditional service industries and modern service industries.From the share growth aspect,there are mainly dispersions of the resource allocation effect and the country mix effect,the country mix effect and the regional competitive effect are relatively low.Then,according to the present industry structure of service industry and correlative planning targets of the eleventh five-year plan in Shaanxi Province,this paper predicts an approximate industry structure of service industry in 2010 by multiple linear regressions.Thirdly,application of the study results on the service industry structure in Shaanxi Province.According to the study results on regional structure and industry structure of service industry,the economic development of all regions and resources of all service industries in Shaanxi Province,this paper proposes pragmatic strategies and recommendations for the adjustment of service industry in Shaanxi Province from the aspects of regional structure,industry structure and external environment.
