Superiority Evaluation Of Heilongjiang And Its Major City's Service Industry

The development of the developed countries and regions indicates that the development of economy always accompanied with adjustment,transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Today,the service industry has gradually replaced the industry as the main force of economic growth in developed countries.The transformation from "industrial economy" to "service economy" is the key to the modern industrial system in different countries and regions.The healthy and rapid development of the service industry is of great significance to fuel economic growth,promote industrial transformation,to solve the employment problem,and to improve the social and environmental benefits.The development level of service industry has become an important index to measure the modernization of regional economy.Heilongjiang Province,as a heavy industry base in China,used to be relying on industry,agriculture and forestry to promote economic growth.In recent years,China's macroeconomic growth slowed down,the decline of industry and forestry makes Heilongjiang's economic development mode change.With the decline the secondary industry's growth rate,tertiary industry has a larger proportion of the national economy in Heilongjiang province.Service industry has gradually become the main force of economic development in Heilongjiang Province,but there are still many of the service industry,such as the development level of service industry is different in various sectors and the in-balance development of service industry in various regions.Therefore,the quantitative analysis of the development level of the service industry in the province and various regions,the selection and distribution of the dominant industries is an important issue in Heilongjiang's economicdevelopment mode transformation and sustainable development.This paper is based on the domestic and foreign research on the theory of industrial structure and the choice of superiority industries.First,from the perspective of regional economic development in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzes the development of the service industry in recent years by using descriptive statistical analysis,the development status of service industry in Heilongjiang and its various regions is illustrated.Secondly,this paper uses the Shift-Share method to analyze the growth of Heilongjiang's service industry and its five major industrial sectors,the decomposition results reveal the impact of the effect on industrial structure and industrial competitiveness of the service industry in Heilongjiang province and its main industrial sector of actual growth,combined with the current situation and policy orientation of the region,select the advantage of the service sector in Heilongjiang Province.Then the paper analyzes the service industry and the main industrial sectors of five major cities in Heilongjiang province with the same idea,then selects the superiority industrial sectors of the major cities,and make a comparative analysis according to the growth of the main industrial sectors of the service industry,as well as the structure and competitiveness level of the city in Heilongjiang.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the superiority service industries,improve the industrial structure and the industrial competitivenessof the service industry in HeilongjiangProvince.This will strengthen the service industry to promote regional economic growth,drive the economic restructuring in Heilongjiang Province,and push forward the province's economic coordination and sustainable development.
