In the 15th,the 16th century,the mercantilism started to appear in Western Europe and was popular for a long time.The British rulers also complied with the situation under this kind of ideological trend's influence and had formulated many mercantilism policies and practiced them.The results of implementation are:the Britain had not only reached the economic development purpose,but also had carried out the Industrial Revolution on this basis,thus became a first-class powerful nation in the world and formed the foundation of "the date does not fall the empire".This article discusses the background of the British mercantilism policies and how to carry out implements.This article is composed of the following several parts:Part one is an introduction.This part focus on elaborating the reasons of selecting topic and the writing significance, and will also elaborate this article academic value on the basis of the summary of the predecessor academic achievement,and explain the difficult point and the research techniques of this article.Part two is a main text,altogether it is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the historical backgrounds of the British mercantilism policies,and mainly elaborates the social class foundation,the economic basis and the purpose of the implementation of mercantilism policies:The second chapter elaborates the basic meanings of mercantilism, as well as representative persons and their theories and works in Britain's early mercantilism and the late mercantilism periods;The third chapter elaborates several aspects, respectively were the agriculture,the wool textile industry and the wool fabric industry,the shipping industry and the foreign trade that were involved with Tudor dynasty implementation mercantilism policy;The fourth chapter elaborates the positive effects and the negative effects that were brought to Britain by the implementation of the mercantilism policies.Part three is conclusion.
