Shenjian Spaceflight Institute (SSI) has now stepped into a opportunity period of rapid development. Some original outdated habits of thinking and modes of HRM are gradually being broken. Meanwhile, the increasingly fierce competition is also raising the sharp challenges and demands for effective management in human resource. Outstanding problems in HRM of SSI are analyzed, and based on systematical investigation from the strategic angle, a series of measures are hence proposed.Firstly, This thesis analyses the basic operations and status quo of the SSI, refines the main problems and reasons of its HRM; secondly, the writer analyses its external and internal environment factors from IFE and EFE; Finally, the writer constructs the HRM strategic framework of solving the main problems, and then commencing changing HRM need planning, and from the six respects of the recruitment management, the pose management, the assessment mechanism, the pay design, the training management, the career development planning, the writer builds the HRM mode.In this thesis, combining relevant HRM theories, the writer comprehensively and systematically researches the HRM environment, and analyses the impacts of the main factors from IFE and EFE. At the same time, from the view of science, objectivity and practicality principle, the write withdraw the main problems in HRM of SSI, and establishes the HRM mode to settle the existing problems.The above analysis not only discusses strategic management and HRM theory, but also analyses the actual situation, which has greater innovation value and guide meaning to HRM of SSI.
