The profit of WHRX is mainly due to the unsuitable performance assessment mechanism, therefore it is urgent to establish a set of better rules for the website. The focus is how to improve the mechanism, how to inspire the staff and deal with the external relationships which get worse along with time.This thesis makes research on the performance assessment of WHRX according to the innovation practice of author. Based on analysis of assessment rules, the author discusses the building methods. In order to assist website running and constitute the human resources, the author strives to build up the assessment mechanism especially for WHRX, which is based on combining rectangle constitution, KPI based assessment, broadband salary and human-oriented conception.Firstly, the thesis describes performance assessment in detail and introduces theoretical study through documentation search. Then the website running process, original constitution layout and characteristics of staff which has received higher education are analyzed, so as to find the problem in assessment and the hindrance of staff enthusiasm. The thesis proposes the building method of performance assessment for WHRX following the theoretical guidance and human baseline. Finally, the thesis gives out the detailed measures including: constitution optimization, practical application of KPI based assessment and broadband salary assignment. The measures can efficiently get rid of the obstacles in website running, inspire the staff and urge the website to develop continuously.
