Research On Effectiveness Of Broadband Salary Implementation In Small And Medium-sized Hi-tech Enterprises

Salary management is an important component in the organization human resource system. Asuitable compensation system not only plays a bigger incentive effect to the employees,stimulates employees enthusiasm and creativity, but also consolidates the organization system,control the cost, and promotes to reach the organization target.Broadband salary is a new salary management mode, adapting to the flat organization structure,process reengineering, ability orientation, team oriented and so on. At present, a lot of high-techenterprises have introduced broadband salary system, but the effect is not ideal. How to measurethe effectiveness of broadband salary scientific is becoming a challenge for the enterprises.This article bases on the the related theory research on broadband salary, discusses the concept,theory origin and the comprehensive evaluation of broadband salary, and points out the small andmedium-sized hi-tech enterprises’ characteristics and the cause of suitable for broadband salary.This article uses AHP to make sure the factors of broadband salary effectiveness and the weight,eliminates the smaller weight factors, and assigns the weight again. Finally taking FY companyfor example, first of all, the article points out the suitable conditions for broadband salary in FYcompany, assesses all the factors based on the actual situation of the company, and evaluates theeffectiveness of broadband salary according to the evaluation results. Combined with the exampleanalysis, we can get the conclusion that broadband salary implementation must be based onperfect performance evaluation system, which will provide advice to the small and medium-sizedhi-tech enterprises to introduce broadband salary.
