The demanding in America and Europe is in decrease as subprime lending crisis breaks out in America, lead global economy to present big stagnancy. These issues made operative corporations face serious proof, especially the company depends on export by manufacture to gain the great mass of profit. So the related enterprises has to debase their inner cost to survive by optimizing its inner organic makeup. Crocs company(shortened name C company) is a international company. Its products are made by Original Equipment Manufacturer(shortened name OEM factory)in China and re-export to America and Europe, so its products can not escape by the skin of one's teeth. Their products become more and more difficult to sell, but their operation cost continues to increase. This position demands C company to build new management procedure to monitor all of phases in trial run and mass production based on the process management at OEM factory, push OEM factory to continue improvement for decreasing labor cost and raise profit room.This article made a summary for process management and labor cost control firstly, and introduced the C company status simply. Analyzed the abuse existed in current labor cost monitor procedure and established the new labor cost monitor model for trial run phase and mass production phase to improve their competition ability step by step and aim to realize enterprise stratagem.In order to implement the new model smoothly and achieved the aim of durative monitor for OEM factory, C company provided some shop floor improvement suggestions to OEM factory and established continues improvement procedure for OEM factory. This article has much reference value for our internal OEM enterprise depends on manufacture to export and aims to find out a systematic labor cost monitor model in adaptable to the various market actuality Attempt to make some changes on the old low-efficient, uncompetitive enterprises.
