Study On Enterprise Ideological Assumptions Of China Harbor Engineering Company LTD.

More and more researchers and enterprises recognize that corporate culture has become an inherent and powerful driving force for sustainable development.And how to build the strategic direction of corporate culture is becoming a research hotspot. Although many enterprises are exploring according to their situation,the relevant theoretical study has relatively weak.First of all,this article reviews the studies for strategic direction of corporate culture.Then,this article introduces the thinking model of China Harbor for corporate culture,namely,how to fully embody the strategic direction in the progress of building the corporate culture.And the integrated service model which as specific of strategy provides a framework for ideological assumptions.Next,makes sure the relationship between the strategy and business model.Finally,this article discusses the relationship between strategy and corporate culture,puts forward the ideological assumptions that according to strategy,and provides the new ideas for combining of strategy and corporate culture.In this paper,there are three main points on the working and innovation.First, through the study on thinking model of corporate culture for China Harbor,proposes building the strategic direction of corporate culture.Second,specifies the enterprise strategy,and provides the specific framework for enterprise ideology using business model.Third,discusses the relationship between strategy and corporate culture,and analyses the feasibility of strategic direction of enterprise ideological assumptions.
