Study On Human Resource Management And Control Of Enterprise Group Based On Headquarters' Value Creation

With the expansion and development of a company,it is gradually to be an enterprise group which flourishes into the most important organization form of enterprise.The management and control for the group enterprise also becomes a worldwide problem which have to be faced by the modern business management.The paper firstly introduces the theories of the Group Management and the Human Resources Management.Furthermore,combined with the results of groups' management and control,the paper analyzes the present situation and the existed problems of the human resource management & control of the group.Then,from the angle of the group headquarters' value creation,the paper studies the flexible management method of the Group's human resources as well as the income and payment which the human resources' management and control brings.Finally,taking X group company as a case study.The innovation of this paper lies in the research of enterprise group human resources' management and control from the headquarters value creation angle,as well as the input and output of the management.Meanwhile,it make suggestions to the human resource management and control of X Group from the microscopic aspect, strengthen its system construction,propose the microscopic and operational management improvement.
