The Chinese enterprise face exterme chanllenges when entering into the 21st century.Clear strategy and effective implement is the essential key to the success.This presents the big problem to the leaders of Chinese enterprise.BSC has been proved to be an useful tool for the accomplishment of the company target.Currently,although many chinese enterprise have began to use the BSC,but they have not used it well and led the failure of the BSC.Through this assay,the writer explain the theory of BSC and design the BSC model for Htoe company to emphasize how to use the BSC effectively. There are five parts in this assay:The first part introduces the research background,the research value,research content and the research method.And also it analyzes the abroad and domestic research outcome of BSC.The second part is the theory base of this assay which includes performance management theory.It mainly introduces the relevant knowedge of performance management and compares four different performance managerment method which are 360 feed back,target ccntrol,key indicator managerment and BSC.It also introduces the relevant knowledge of BSC.The third part summrizes the performance management of Htoe company in the past.It is found that the development of performance management is just the ever-lasting development and accommodation of the company system and the appearance of new performance management method.It also finds the problem existing in the current performance management.The fourth part designs the new performance management method for Htoe company,including the design of new method,the specific steps and performance control.The fifth part introduces how to carry on the new BSC in the Htoe company and give some advice to the implement of BSC in practice.The fourth and fifth parts are the key points in this assay and give direction to the operation in reality.The sixth part makes some suggestion to current performance management in Htoe company.The creative points in the assay are as following:(1) The assay allocate the BSC into all aspects of the porformance management. Therefore,the BSC connects the private target of every staff with the company strategy together.(2) The assay changes the original pure performance control to the real performance management.(3) The assay makes the whole workflow more reasonable.Through the use of BSC, every aspect links so closely.
