Human resource development and management plays an essential role in the organization of modern enterprises.More and more managers have been realizing that human resource development and management occupies a central position in a company's success.With the development of our country's socialist market economy,domestic enterprises are facing more fierce market competition as well as international competition for human resources.How to obtain and maintain competitive advantages becomes an important point in an enterprise's survival and development.An enterprise's human resources development and management is closely connected with its business strategies,organizational structure system and cultural value,which should have a unique characteristic.Excellent development and management of human recourses is often difficult for other companies to copy and imitate.In this regard,human resources development and management becomes a crucial factor to establish competition advantages in a company's competitive strategy.It is also essential for enterprises to develop in the future market competition and stand in the world.YuFang Company,as a state-owned large and medium enterprises transforming into a joint-stock company,has obvious human resources problems.Therefore,human resources development and management becomes more critical in Yufang Company.Taking Yufang Company as an example,this paper will focus on human resources development and management for the purpose of enhancing the development of YuFang Company,as well as being taken references about human resources of large state-owned enterprises after reforming.
