Cross-cultural management is a problem that multinational enterprise management can not be ignored and avoided, it is to study multinational companies overcome the conflict of different cultures, to design practical organization structure and management mechanism for effective enterprise management in cross-cultural conditions. The aim of Cross-cultural management is how to Configure the Enterprise Resource the most reasonably in different cultures, particularly maximize mining and using potential and value of human resources, to improve business overall efficiency maximized. In the era of globalization, with the different countries and different regions of the growing economic and personnel exchanges increasing gradually, more and more enterprise employees comes from diverse cultural backgrounds, how to manage these staff is a tough challenge that the multinational managers are facing.Dutch scholar Geert Hofstede is the most representative figures in the field of cross-cultural research. He proposed five-dimensional model of culture, including:power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism and collectivism, masculinity and feminist, long-term orientation and short-term oriented, which caused great repercussions in the academic community and was widely used. This article is based on the five dimensions of Hofstede's cultural model, designed questionnaires, and empirical researches were implemented both in China and South. The result reflected the similarities and differences between China and South Korea in the five dimensions of cultural. It proposed strategies and suggestions between companies from two counties in the cross-cultural management. Research shows that under the common influence of Confucian culture, China and South Korea have some cultural similarities, which provided a good basis of cooperation for cultural exchanges and economic exchanges between the two countries. On the other hand, although both belong to the oriental culture, each country formed a unique culture for various reasons, cultural differences between the two countries will be granted.Since the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, the friendly and cooperative relations of the two countries have developed rapidly and achieved gratifying results in political, economic, cultural, educational and other fields. At present, China has surpassed the U. S. as South Korea's largest trading partner, the largest exporting and importing country, while South Korea became China's sixth largest trading partner, the fifth largest export target country and third largest import source country. Next decade China and South Korea will be faced with a number of bilateral business cooperation opportunities. Managers and employees should perspective and grasp the enterprises'cooperation relations of two countries, on the basis of mutual respect, equality, mutual benefit, openness and transparency, respecting cultural differences of each other. Managers should dependent spirit of facing up history and future to tap potential for cooperation, expand cooperation space, promote enterprises of both countries toward mutual trust and comprehensive cooperation, mutual benefit and common development direction.
