| Nowadays,all the countries are strengthening the study of creativity.It has become people's consensus to cultivate and foster high-quality creative talents. Colleges are the basis where various talents are cultivated.College students' scientific and technological creativity is directly related to a nation's overall strength.This paper gives a systematic study on the main body of scientific and technological creation,its motivation,social environment,as well as its operational mechanisms,which is based on the theories and methods on scientific philosophy,creation,psychology and systematic science.Then we present the methods to cultivate college students' creativity according to its current situation in our country.This paper is divided into six parts:1 The connotation and the analysis to characters of its main body.Based on defining creation and innovation and combing the present concepts of creation,this part discusses the connotation of scientific and technological creation,and presents the qualities and characteristics that the main body of scientific and technological creation should have.2 The operational mechanisms of scientific and technological creation.Through the analysis on the evolution of scientific and technological creation,this part puts forward the harmonious process of the main body of scientific and technological creation.After analyzing typical activities on scientific and technological creation and summarizing the research results of contemporary scholars,two models of scientific and technological creation are discussed in this part.In addition,the author also summarizes several general methods of scientific and technological creation.3 The motivation of scientific and technological creation.Scientific and technological creation is regarded as a whole body comprising of the main body of creation,its environment,motivation,creative mechanism.Based on the present theoretical study,it reveals the inner and outsider motivation of scientific and technological creation,and proves that scientific and technological creation is the interactional results of these two motivations.4 The social environment of scientific and technological creation.Scientific and technological creation can not exist without certain social environment.Creative activities and environment are related to each other,and influenced by each other. The author analyzes the environment of scientific and technological creation from the aspect of cultural environment,system environment,and organizational environment,and points out the promoting and constrain ting functions of the three kinds of environment towards creation.5 The current situation of college students' scientific and technological creativity in our country and its influencing factors.Based on the study into the theory of scientific and technological creativity,the author analyzes the influencing factors to the cultivation of scientific and technological creativity of college students from the point of the evolutional process and current problems of college students' scientific and technological creation in our country.6 Measures to improve the cultivation of college students' scientific and technological creativity.Theories serve practices.This part is the application of theoretical study of this paper,in which the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the cultivation of college students' scientific and technological creativity according to the characteristics,operational mechanisms and influencing factors of scientific and technological creation. |
