Abstract/Summary:
In the future, the development and competitiveness of enterprises are competition of human resources, information technology and management. The core is still talent competition. With the development of economy and society, competition facing industry becomes increasingly fierce, which results in more and more intensity for the talent that enterprises need. Recruitment, the base of modern enterprise human resources management, has been seen as the key to enterprise development, as well as the achievement of organizational goals of performance as an important guarantee. Therefore, many enterprises have greater investment in human, material and financial resources in order to attract and retain qualified personnel.However, during the recruitment process, there are still a lot of units that get less satisfactory results due to various reasons. Some failed to be able to recruit suitable personnel, which has restricted the development of units; some even hired the right talent, but can not retain them, so that in the recruitment process early efforts have become useless. So the research of recruitment has theoretical significance, and more importantly have practical significance as well.Since the reform and opening up and with the increasing level of economic and social development, China's printing industry is booming, the technical level is increasing, and the industrial scale is expanding, which has made the industry an important pillar of national economy and has made great achievements to attract worldwide attention. At the same time, China's printing enterprises are facing good opportunities for development in intense competition. Talents are key for the printing enterprises to win in the market competition. In this paper, on the basis of human resources management of enterprises and the basic theory of recruitment, the paper has made serious research and analysis on the status quo and trend of China's printing enterprises development, the status of human resources, as well as the demand for talent. In this paper, based on the printing industry and the actual situation of Sino-Germany Printing Factory, the paper has made research on various factors which influence the development of enterprises and the staff recruitment, and designed a complete set of recruitment process meeting the needs of enterprises from the viewpoints of staff recruitment and the reality of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to design the recruitment process for the sake of making systematic analysis and research on the recruitment activities of Sino-Germany Printing Factory and to make further research and analysis on how to improve and perfect the recruitment process through practice by guiding the improvement of the quality of Sino-Germany Printing Factory staff. Furthermore, it has provided reference and experience for the recruitment activities in other printing enterprises.
