With increasingly fierce market competition,major changes have taken place in the mode of operation and development of enterprises.The demand for talent has become increasingly strong,and more emphasis has been placed on human resources management.Therefore,human resources have become an important factor that constitutes the core competitiveness of enterprises.The indispensable part of modern enterprise development has had a profound impact on the survival and development of the company and its business strategy.Nowadays,companies are paying more and more attention to the competition of talents.How to recruit suitable talents for enterprises,add new forces to enterprises,and bring about longer-term development have become the most concerned issues for managers.This article takes Tianxiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,starts from the company's current human resources status,and uses the related theories of human resource management and the research results of recruitment management,using literature research methods and questionnaire survey methods to comprehensively integrate the company's recruitment management.System analysis and research.Through the analysis of the company's recruitment management system and human resources status,it finds out that there are deficiencies in the company's recruitment management,and analyzes the causes of the problems in light of the company's actual situation,and proposes an optimization management program for the company.This article is based on the company's human resources analysis,strategic guidance for the company's recruitment work,to determine the recruitment plan,in the recruitment channels,selection and recruitment aspects were optimized design,to strengthen the scientific and rationality of its recruitment management system,And put forward safeguard measures for the company's implementation of the recruitment management system.In order to achieve the optimization of the recruitment management system,increase the scientific and rationality of the recruitment work,improve the efficiency of recruitment work,improve the way of recruitment work,make it consistent with the company culture,and achieve the company's strategic objectives.This article analyzes the human resources of the company and conducts investigation and research on the recruitment management of the company in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the company,and provides implementation guarantees for the company to adapt to the fierce market environment and to coordinate and operate efficiently.Optimize the design of recruitment channels,selection and recruitment links,strengthen the scientificness and rationality of its recruitment management system,and put forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the recruitment management system.
