Corporate culture has already become a key success of enterprises, particularly in the consumer era. People not only pay attention to the product or service quality, but also attaches importance to the culture behind them .The more cultural content of products, the higher its added value. Therefore, enterprise culture strategy has become the most important one of enterprise management.For this reason, managers and scholars are actively exploring the hot issues. Performance theory gets great development in this context, while performance management has become a pet phrase among enterprise managers. However, performance theory was often used for one corner of the performance—economic performance, the performance evaluation was only as a cost-effective evaluation in the past,and people just explore the relationship between corporate culture and economic performance. Although this is affected by profit - making, the nature of enterprises, but it is extremely easy to cause short - sighted.This article attempts to expand the perspective of performance theory to three dimensions, namely, economic performance, cultural performance and social performance. To develop a preliminary framework about the performance evaluation of corporate culture,we will explor not only from the relations between corporate culture and economic performance, but also from the internal corporate culture, as well as corporate culture and social performance. The author referred them as "three aspects","four dimensions","six elements"."Three aspects" refers to economic performance, cultural performance and social performance. "Four dimensions" refers to the consistency, adaptability, sustainability and guiding of corporate culture. "Six elements" refers to the value of the concept, system design, cultural networks and organizational management, environmental factors, behavioral habits, the social image.This article is divided into five sections. In addition to the introduction, the first part of this article illustrate the nature of cultural and connotations from philosophical perspective,claims that culture is not only the mankind's survival mode through cultural inheritance, but also a kind of values. Thus, the papere analysises the characteristics of enterprise culture in-depth. SectionⅡ,after a brief description of historical development of performance, author put forward the view on three dimensions of performance. . SectionⅢbuilds a system of performance evaluation of corporate culture. SectionⅣanalysises several factors that influence performance of corporate culture. Finally, article discuss the ways to the building of enterprise culture.
