Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Executive Ability Of Zhuzhou City Construction And Development Group

Enterprise executive ability is an important part of enterprises’ corecompetitiveness. Study on the enterprise executive ability is not only animportant method to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,but also an important issue in the field of management science. Thispaper mainly adopts the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire method, interview method, and case study method, to studyZhuzhou City Construction and Development Group (here after namedUDC.GROUP) executive ability, aiming to solve the enterprises operatingin the dilemma, and then improve the efficiency of management, enhancethe management effect, and ultimately improve the core competitivenessof the enterprise.The main content of the article: firstly, fully profits from thedomestic and foreign enterprise execution theory and practice results,combined with the UDC.GROUP execution status, to propose theinfluence the execution of construction elements, namely: governmentpolicy, regulatory agencies, the quality of officers, and the executionobject quality; secondly, through data analysis, proposes theUDC.GROUP execution problems, and makes an in-depth analysis of thefollow-up effect of the main causes of the problem and the resulting;finally, according to the above research, puts forward the main countermeasures to enhance the executive, which include: the promotionof strategy executive ability, strengthen the management of executiveability, to increase the executive ability of the supervision, and to perfectemployees learning executive ability, and the improvement of cultureconstruction executive ability. And also, outlines the maincountermeasures of the executive ability picture of UDC.GROUP.In general, this paper tries to improve the execution ability of theUDC.GROUP, and aims to build the urban area of Zhuzhou city, as wellas Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan area the representative of enterpriseexecutive ability construction system, with a reference and guidance onthe execution of development of similar or related industry.
