Study On Low-carbon And Green Development Of China Road Transportation Industry

The "Twelfth Five-year Plan" period is a critical period to accelerate the development of modern transportation. The low-carbon and green development of China transportation is facing the new situation.Transportation industry is a large sector in energy consumption, and road transportation industry retains basic position in the integrated transportation system. With the economic growth and traffic increases, the pressure brought about by the road transportation industry to the environment and resources can not be ignored. Such as traffic accidents, greenhouse gas emissions, energy over-consumption and environmental noise pollution have seriously affected the sustainable development of society and economic and quality of people’s life. Therefore, developing low-carbon green road transportation industry is the only way of low-carbon green transportation industry.To resolve the problem above, this study analyzes the situation of low-carbon green development of China’s road transportation industry to find the indicators which closed to it. Then, it establishes the evaluation index system of low-carbon green development of road transportation industry using DPSIR model. On the basis of this index system, it chooses Tianjin road transportation industry as the research background to empirical analysis, thus reflects the development of China’s road transportation industry in the low-carbon green economy concept, and proposes appropriate countermeasures. The priority of this article are as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzes the inherent mechanism of the low-carbon green development of road transportation industry. Starting from the development status and the internal and external environment, it analyzes the problem in the low-carbon green development of road transportation industry.Secondly, it combines the DPSIR model and low-carbon green theory and road transportation industry, establishes the evaluation index system of low-carbon green development of road transportation industry, and determines the weights of various indicators in the evaluation index system using AHP.Again, it chooses Tianjin road transportation industry as the research background, and evaluates it using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, based on the empirical research, it summarizes China road transportation industry. Then it proposes relevant recommendations from the macro, meso and micro level, and points out the further research.
