Research On The Low-carbon Green Development Of Road Transportation Industry In Liaoning Province

In recent years, especially since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", with the rapid development of economy, acceleration of material circulation and the continued increase of people’s travel demand in Liaoning province, which promote road transportation industry’s unprecedented development. Because of the "door to door" characteristics, road transport has become the basic mode of transport in an integrated transport system. Although the road transportation industry brings economic prosperity and development, it also gives great pressure to resources and environment, such as excessive energy consumption, air pollution, noise pollution, traffic accidents, threatening the healthy development of social economy and people’s production and life. Therefore, developing low-carbon green road transportation industry is a double-edged sword for Liaoning province. Based on it, the paper combines the theoretical basis about the development of low-carbon green and the development situation of road transportation industry, using the DPSIR model and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to research low-carbon green development of road transportation industry in Liaoning province. The related research achievements are as followed:Firstly, based on the theory of sustainable development, green economy and low-carbon economy, this paper analyzes the inner mechanism of the low-carbon green road transportation, and puts forward the connotation of low-carbon green road transportation, which provides the theoretical basis for the following research.Secondly, starting from the influence factors of low-carbon green development of road transportation industry and the development situation in Liaoning province, the paper analyzes it’s problems, including imperfect infrastructure, the over consumption of energy, lack of supervision, resource and environmental problems, which lays a good foundation for the construction of evaluation index system and the study of feasible countermeasures.Then, this paper combining with the development status of road transportation industry, uses the DPSIR model to establish evaluation index system of low-carbon green development of road transportation industry from five aspects including the driver, pressure, state, impact and response, and explains the meaning of each index and evaluation basis. According to the evaluation index system, the paper uses the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the development level of road transportation industry in Liaoning province, come to the conclusion that the development situation is good in recent five years.Finally, combining with the existing problems in the low-carbon green development of road transportation industry in Liaoning province and comprehensive evaluation results, the article puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures from the macro, meso and micro aspect, these measures will have some certain reference value for the low-carbon green development of road transportation industry in Liaoning province.
