Human Resource And Employment Contract Management Of Power Construction Project

At present, production activities of many power construction enterprises are in the form of projects. But it's not a long time since theory of modern project management and modern human resource management was introduced into our country. And because of promulgation of the new"Employment Contract Law", it makes great impaction to the employment relation management of enterprises. Therefore, the research of outsourcing strategy could reduce personnel cost of enterprises, avoid risks to a certain extent, improve the flexibility of the personnel system, and has important practical significance for improvement of the electricity industry's management level. This paper proposed outsourcing process of power construction enterprises and the problems in it which should be pay attention to, based on basic theory and methods of outsourcing and combined with the concrete practice of power construction enterprises.
