Economic globalization promotes the rapid development of international trade and business activities. However, enterprises will inevitably meet the cultural difference and cultural conflicts. From the perspective of cultural difference, the thesis analyzes the importance of transculture management in the operation of enterprise, and puts forward the effective strategy of transculture management to help the multinational enterprise reduce cultural conflicts.
