Transculture Management Research Based On The Analysis Of Cultural Difference

Economic globalization promotes the rapid development of international trade and business activities. However, enterprises will inevitably meet the cultural difference and cultural conflicts. From the perspective of cultural difference, the thesis analyzes the importance of transculture management in the operation of enterprise, and puts forward the effective strategy of transculture management to help the multinational enterprise reduce cultural conflicts. Through the research of the theory, the level of transculture management is expected to be enhanced and the desired objectives can be achieved during the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
