Deserch Of Performance Appraisal Systerm For Contionous Improvement In Appliance Controls Operation Project

KPI is the abbreviation of Key Performance Indicators. Its full name is called Key Performance Indicators. KPI is the combination of key outcome field theory and target management theory. It is the appraisal tool of enterprise management performance and management tool of strategic target is one part that cannot be separated from"project-implement-appraisal management, and the appraisal evidence and indicator which reflect key performance contribution of project.This thesis is based on the knowledge of subject of project management and human resource management. It adopts logic reasoning, systematical analysis, theory combined with demonstration and is researched in KPI appraisal method of lean production project. The core spirit of KPI is committing to decrease all the waste especially for the inventory. That means all the indicators in production process are much more critical and strict. So the supervisor will pay more attention on inventory control, the quality of products and utilities of raw materials. Therefore, when designing KPI indicator for the project, SMART principle, overall strategy, systematic and focuses shall be followed. On the basis of project value chain analyzing, project key outcome field shall be depend on project assign and scope. For every key outcome field, KPI in flow level shall be established; KPI of lower level is established behind KPI of every level until position KPI. Accordingly, communication among basic colleges shall be strengthened. Different KPI indicator combination of different position shall be designed to emphasis difference and importance of different KPI and ensure analyzing and carrying out of project goal one by one. Establishing indicator dictionary by analyzing and setting logic relationship of indicators and also testing property of indicators.The purpose of this thesis is to review, analyze different situation in different project department by lean production project analyzing to promote the achievement of the whole lean production project by KPI appraisal according to the above analysis and provide a reference model for the development of the same industry, which could help to appraise the feasibility of project KPI appraisal method and scientific generalization.
