| In the early and middle time of 20th Century, Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin were the three main textile industry bases of China, as is called'Shang‐Qing‐Tian'. As a modern national industry representative, Qingdao Huaxin textiles factory was the largest textile joint corporation in North China. This company was not only one part of the reasons why Qingdao becoming one of the three base cities of textiles as'Shang‐Qing‐Tian', but also helped the further development and prosperousness of China's nation‐wide textile industry in the after‐middle of 20th. This article analysis the phenomenon of issues from the anthropogeography angle, and uses the historical geography,industrial history and theories of economic management to discuss the above features. The main content of the dissertation composes of six parts:Chapter |: Preface. Explains the research basis, main content design, the research object and significance, domestic and international existing research state about this field.Chapter II: this part shows the development of modern China textile industry, also with analysis of the forming of the three main textile industry bases of China in the early and middle time of 20th, Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin, which is called'Shang‐Qing‐Tian'.The overview of China's modern textile industry of that period will give a more accurate staging of the exposition focuses on this industry,the geographical distribution forming of the industry pattern at that period. This article will use large amounts of data and other forms or icons to show the pattern of China's modern textile industry development, and then to point out the evolution is the result of the geographical distribution of China's textile industry. This part accurately pointed out that the clear geographical distribution of Chinese textile industry formed in year 1936 and also analysis the period forming. At the same time, this part shows the common features of Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin.Chapter III: This part will analysis and discuss the forming of'Shang‐Qing‐Tian'and further analysis the advantages of Qingdao in developing textile industry, especially the important role Qingdao Port acts. Meantime this part will also show the capital structure of modern Qingdao textile industry. In this part mainly compared the sources of capital of totally nine Japanese textile factories in Qingdao.Chapter IV: By using the relevant historical geography and economic management theories and methods to show the outstanding representatives of modern Qingdao national industry‐ Qingdao Huaxin textiles factory, which was the largest textile joint corporation in North China. This company was not only one part of the reasons why Qingdao becoming one of the three base cities of textiles as'Shang‐Qing‐Tian', but also helped the further development and prosperousness of China's nation‐wide textile industry in the after‐middle of 20th. To analyze this Huaxin textiles factory as an example is not only to reveal the growing‐up of the form of'Shang‐Qing‐Tian'and the beginning and developing of the modern textile industry in Qingdao, but also to show the experience of how to do for China's modern national textile industry in the nowadays global competition and crisis time.Chapter V: This part combined the domestic and foreign policies of industry, in order to show the values of Qingdao industry heritage. Will also show the status and protection ways of industry heritage nowadays.Chapter VI: Conclusion. Combining the new plan of revitalizing the top ten industry of China, this part shows the prospection of reproducing Qingdao textile industry'Shang‐Qing‐Tian'glorious times. And also point out that the chances for Chinese company to seize the opportunities in the new round economic crisis, by speeding up structural adjustment, updating equipment and technology.
