The Research For Occupational Stress Management Of Military Technical Officer

The Purpose of research is to investigate the occupational stress of military technical officers, the distinction of different officers, as well as the relation between stressors and the results.The engineering corps was chosen for sample.For these purpose, the data are collected by questionnaires and consulting bibliography. Descriptives ,Anova, Correlation and Regression analysis are employed . Discussing the inner structure of stressors, the whole stress level of these officers, the different stress effects of personal. In the end,some suggestion both for organize and officers are put forward to decrease the occupational stress of military technical officers.The conclusions drawn by this research are as follows:Occupational stress is widely existed in the group of military technical officers.The officers have various stressors: mainly embodying in the interface of job and family, occupation development and etc.The variable in population statistics can affect stress:(1)The stress of male officers is higher than that of female.(2)The stress of those who aged 26-30 is higher than other age groups. (3)Those who have married have less stress. (4)Teachers have the least stress. (5)Those who aged over 46 are more contented with their salary .Work style and organization intervention strategy can prominent affect stress.The new idea of the thesis is the special area of the military technical officers. We compiled a standardized, scientific questionnaire to the military technical officers, analyze the mainly stressors the variable in population statistics. Then advanced some proposals from management aspect.
